Channeling from within (our company, that is), we sat down with Kevin Gartland, the COO of All American Title Company.
Diving right in at minute 0:38, listen to how it all started with the childhood pseudo-cleaning business with his sister, Lizzie. After all the dusting, vacuuming, and taking out the trash, Kevin and Lizzie walked away (on their way to 5th grade) with genuine experience of responsibility, mistakes, and a small taste of owning your own business. Later in life when Kevin joined All American Title Company, there was a small but mighty team of 10-12 employees, which has now grown to over 70.
