Like any company, title companies also have to fight to earn business. Realtors, lenders, builders, investors- they all depend on their title company and put a lot of trust in their closer and his/her team. After all, our partners are the face of the transaction. If the title company you are aligned with doesn’t do an excellent job, they aren’t setting you up to succeed. All American Title believes it is all about making sure their partners are successful and are receiving referrals. If their partners don’t get a referral, there is no transaction, and without a transaction, there is no opportunity for the title company. Dan’s thoughts on this? “The key to our success is yours.”
